Scott is passionate about helping people make confident real estate decisions. With more than 22 years of experience serving buyers and sellers throughout Central Iowa, he's become known for his market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and calm approach to every transaction. He personally attends every buyer inspection and takes pride in helping clients navigate inspection findings while negotiating the best possible outcome.
As a lifelong resident of the Des Moines area, Scott has watched our communities grow and evolve over the years. Born and raised in Des Moines and an Ankeny resident for more than 30 years, he brings invaluable local knowledge, market expertise, and insight into each neighborhood he serves, helping clients make confident, informed decisions every step of the way. Since beginning his real estate career in 2004, Scott has built a business almost entirely through referrals—a reflection of the trust, relationships, and exceptional service he's provided throughout his career.
Before transitioning into real estate, Scott spent 12 years with Perishable Distributors of Iowa (a Hy-Vee affiliate) before joining Jostens as a sales consultant. His travels throughout Iowa working with schools gave him a unique appreciation for communities across the state and strengthened the communication and relationship-building skills that continue to benefit his clients today.
Scott has completed extensive leadership, management, and professional development training and is a proud graduate of the Dale Carnegie program, experiences that have helped shape his customer-first approach to business.
Scott and his high school sweetheart, Molly, have built more than a successful real estate business, they've built a family legacy. Today, they're proud to work alongside their twin sons, Cole and Cory, serving clients throughout Central Iowa as the Myers Real Estate Team.
Scott believes every transaction is about more than buying or selling a home; it's about earning trust, building lifelong relationships, and helping families confidently move into their next chapter.
When he's not helping clients navigate the real estate market, you'll likely find Scott enjoying the outdoors. He loves landscaping projects, golfing, camping, hunting, fishing, boating, spending time at the lake, cheering on his favorite sports teams, and most importantly, making memories with his growing family.
Molly believes that buying or selling a home is about so much more than real estate, it's about helping people through one of life's biggest milestones. She is passionate about building lasting relationships and creating an experience where clients feel informed, supported, and cared for every step of the way.
Known for her organization, communication, and attention to detail, Molly is the behind-the-scenes force who keeps every transaction running smoothly. From contract to closing, she coordinates every moving piece, ensuring deadlines are met, appointments are scheduled, and clients always know what comes next. Her proactive approach and constant communication help transform a complex process into one that feels organized, seamless, and stress-free.
Before becoming a REALTOR®, Molly spent seven years as a mortgage loan officer and two years in the title industry. That experience gave her a strong understanding of financing, title work, and every detail that goes into a successful real estate transaction. Today, she uses that knowledge to anticipate challenges, answer questions with confidence, and help clients navigate the process with peace of mind.
One of Molly's greatest passions is serving others. She is fluent in American Sign Language (ASL), allowing her to provide an even more personalized experience for members of the Deaf and hard-of-hearing community.
When she's not helping clients, Molly loves spending time with her family. She and Scott are proud parents of three adult children and grandparents to three wonderful grandchildren, with another little one joining the family soon. She enjoys traveling, shopping, relaxing at the lake or pool, and making memories with the people she loves most.
For Molly, the greatest reward isn't simply getting clients to the closing table—it's building relationships that continue long after the transaction is complete.
Whether he's coaching athletes or helping families buy and sell homes, Cory loves helping people build confidence and achieve their goals. Since 2017, Cory has worked as a basketball player development coach, helping athletes build confidence, discipline, and leadership. Those same skills naturally translate into real estate, where communication, preparation, and trust are at the center of every client relationship.
Cory graduated from Ankeny High School before earning both his Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Business Administration and a Master's Degree in Leadership from Truman State University.
Working alongside Scott, Molly, and his brother Cole, Cory brings fresh energy with decades of family experience. His coaching background, strong communication skills, and commitment to serving others help clients feel informed, prepared, and confident throughout the buying and selling process. Having grown up in Ankeny, Cory is proud to serve the communities that have shaped his life and values.
When not working, Cory enjoys spending time with friends and family, hanging out with his wife, daughter, and their two dogs, watching sports, and hitting the golf course. Whether you're buying your first home or preparing for your next move, Cory is committed to helping you navigate the process with confidence, clear communication, and a coach's mindset.
For Cory, real estate is about more than buying and selling homes, it's about building relationships, earning trust, and helping clients feel confident every step of the way.
Much like coaching athletes, Cole believes buying or selling a home starts with preparation, communication, and having someone in your corner every step of the way. As a REALTOR®, basketball coach, husband, and father, Cole is passionate about helping people reach their goals whether on the basketball court or through one of life's biggest financial decisions.
A graduate of Ankeny High School and Truman State University, Cole earned All-State honors in both basketball and football before completing his Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science and Master's Degree in Leadership while playing collegiate basketball. His name still appears throughout Truman State's basketball record book.
Following graduation, Cole turned his passion for developing athletes into a full-time career. Since 2017, he has worked as a basketball player development coach, helping athletes of all ages improve their skills, confidence, and performance through individualized coaching and mentorship.
In 2024, Cole became a licensed REALTOR®, bringing the same coaching mindset, leadership, and communication skills that have defined his career into every real estate transaction. Whether working with first-time homebuyers, growing families, or experienced sellers, Cole is committed to guiding his clients with honesty, knowledge, and personalized service every step of the way.
Cole and his wife, Danielle, are proud parents of two young sons and love raising their family in the community they call home. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends and values building meaningful relationships within his community.
Cole believes buying or selling a home should feel like having a coach in your corner; someone who listens, prepares, communicates, and helps you make confident decisions every step of the way.
